Reference legal framework

Chile does not currently have a cookie-specific law equivalent to foreign regulatory frameworks. However, when a cookie, pixel, identifier, or similar technology can identify, track, profile, or associate information with a natural person, its use must be assessed under Chilean personal data protection rules.

This policy considers Law No. 19,628, currently applicable, and Law No. 21,719, published on December 13, 2024, whose general effective date is expected on December 1, 2026.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website may store in a person's browser or device. They may be used to remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure visits, or personalize content.

2. Current use at NayraLabs

As of July 1, 2026, nayralabs.cl uses Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This tool is configured in non-consent mode by default and only activates full analytics storage when the visitor expressly accepts cookies through the banner.

To remember your decision, we use localStorage with the cookie-consent key and the granted or denied values. This record only stores the consent preference and is not used to profile visitors.

When you accept, Microsoft Clarity may use these cookies:

• _clck: persists the unique Clarity user ID and session settings. Expiration: 1 year.
• _clsk: connects multiple page views by a user into a single Clarity session. Expiration: session / 30 minutes.
• CLID: identifies unique browser instances. Expiration: 1 year.

If you reject cookies or do not make a decision, Clarity operates in limited non-consent mode, without installing Clarity cookies to persist the session.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

Public browsing on the site does not require cookies. The contact form works without creating browser cookies. The server may use temporary technical logs for security, abuse control, or spam prevention, but these logs are not installed on the visitor's device.

4. Third-party resources

The site serves its main fonts, icons, and static resources locally. Links to social networks, legal sites, or external institutions open only when the visitor chooses to access them.

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Corfo lead to external sites. When entering those platforms, their own cookie and privacy policies may apply.

5. Cookie management

We display a consent banner when there is no previous decision stored in this browser. You can accept or reject the use of Microsoft Clarity analytics cookies. If you accept, we store the preference as granted and activate full analytics consent. If you reject, we store the preference as denied and keep Clarity in non-consent mode.

You can also manage, block, or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you clear site data, the banner will ask for your decision again on a later visit.

If NayraLabs later adds advertising, remarketing, pixels, or additional equivalent tools that can identify, track, or profile visitors, those technologies will be assessed under Chilean personal data protection rules and will remain inactive until there is an applicable legal basis and, where required, prior consent.

6. International visitors: Canada and United States

NayraLabs operates from Chile, and this cookie policy is primarily governed by Chilean personal data protection rules. If you visit the site from Canada or the United States, we apply reasonable standards of transparency, prior consent for analytics cookies, purpose limitation, and request channels for access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

For visitors from Canada, we consider PIPEDA as a general reference for the use of personal information in commercial activities. For visitors from the United States, certain rights may vary by applicable state law, including California where relevant.

We do not use advertising cookies, perform remarketing, or sell personal data. Microsoft Clarity remains in non-consent mode until the visitor authorizes analytics cookies through the banner.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the site technology changes or if tools using cookies or similar technologies are added. The current version will be available on this page.
